All the technicians are very professional, friendly, and timely at there jobs! Very fair prices. The technician even asked me if I wanted to see the work on the lift! Very impressed because he welded the part on instead of using clamps that rust, especially in our buffalo weather! I would refer anyone whom needs exhaust work done to consider mufflerman!!!!!
These guys are just amazing, approachable, honest and professional. Period!! I usually dont write reviews because I'm lazy. But I felt a compelling need to spread the word about this shop and the phenomenal customer service from Bob. I had parts changed in my vehicle and this was my second visit to the shop in a year.
