All the technicians are very professional, friendly, and timely at there jobs! Very fair prices. The technician even asked me if I wanted to see the work on the lift! Very impressed because he welded the part on instead of using clamps that rust, especially in our buffalo weather! I would refer anyone whom needs exhaust work done to consider mufflerman!!!!!
These guys are just amazing, approachable, honest and professional. Period!! I usually dont write reviews because I'm lazy. But I felt a compelling need to spread the word about this shop and the phenomenal customer service from Bob. I had parts changed in my vehicle and this was my second visit to the shop in a year. I'll never go back Good for American made car exhaust repair but terrible on my Honda Civic. I took my Delta 88 there around 15 years ago and they did a beautiful job at a fantastic price. About 5 years ago, I went there to get a couple pipes replaced and they either didn't have the right pipe for my honda or they put a wrong pipe on. On sharp turns the exhaust would hit the frame and clunk. I took it back and they said a clamp was missing a bolt. Mufflerman Inc is a great muffler repair shop! We just needed a repair on my husband's Dodge Dakota. The service is so great there that as he pulled in, a member of their service staff escorted him into a spot. They consulted with him, and put the truck on the lift. The problem was fixed within an hour and for less than half of what it would have cost elsewhere. We have been there for repairs on other cars over the years and the service has always been consistantly excellent.
