Did you want to pay for your work twice, go here! The employees can't help with complaints, the manager is NEVER there, and they DON'T care about your business. Trying to resolve issues with them as all work that was completed there, had to be done twice. You work too hard for your money to give it to these crooks and criminals.
Go To Lake Michigan Drive The 1st Muffler Man I went to was on Fuller/Leonard. Loved them. When I moved to NW GR I went to the one on Lake Michigan Drive. Loved them more. Now I live in Wyoming so I went to the one on Division. I have never been treated so rudely by a manager. I got there at 5:15 for an oil change. He said well we like to get out early. Flaming Jeep Cherokee This letter is to report damage to my vehicle while it was being serviced by a technician at Muffler Man, 1162 Washington, Holland, MI 49423 (616) 392-2197. I brought my vehicle in for service on July 18, 2008 to have my shocks replaced. The technician used a cutting torch to remove the old shocks, and in the process, burned a hole through the underbody and started my 2000 Jeep Cherokee on fire, causing $1489.15 in damage.
