I took my new 2015 Hyundai to three different shops in Ludington and none of them could figure out the trailer wiring. They all told me to take it to the dealer. I stopped in to Muffler Man as I had used Muffler Man in Big Rapids before with great results, I talked to the manager Bruce and he said he would take a look and if he couldn't fix it he would not charge me. Two hours later he called and it was fixed. So I would not take what William H. said for a fact. THESE GUY'S ARE GREAT TECHNICIANS

I used this place for oil changes long enough to go through 3 different cars and it worked well. HOWEVER if you want to use them for anything mechanical find another shop! I had a trailer hitch I needed to have put on. I was quoted a price of $109 per hour and it would take 1 1/2 hours About $150 right? WRONG. After putting on the hitch they come out and ask if I would like the wiring done too.. HELLO, what good is it without wiring> So a quote of another 1 1/2 hours at $109 per hour. JUST DID WORK, ON BOTH MY 2010 gmc PICKUP AND MY 2009 TOYOTA CAMERY. WORKED ON THE BRAKES ON THE CAMERY AND CUSTOM EXHAUST ON THE PICKUP. BEST PRICE AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.
