They are rude as hell. They don't have a clue on anything. They also try to charge you for thing's you don't even need. They think they can pull one over on female's. Not this one lol. I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM EVER AGAIN! PERIOD!!!!!
This psycho should not be owning or managing anything or anybody! The video of him going off on a customer over a $10 misunderstanding is absolutely ridiculous. The WOMAN he was literally screaming at was not at all afraid of him, even when he continued screaming and approached her aggressively, standing almost touching her, GROWLING (not kidding) in her ear as if to intimidate and put her in fear of her physical safety. Very unprofessional. Manager is a loose cannon, screaming profanity at customers. Calling customers names is unacceptable. Never use this shop unless you want poor service, your vehicle not to be fixed and to be verbally degraded by the “manager”
Poor customer service! I can’t believe your employee was talking to a customer in that manner. That was unprofessional and your company should be embarrassed. You will never get my business again nor my family business and we have spent a lot of money with your company.
This shop has went way down hill. It was way better years ago when my dad owned it. Please don’t go here. Managers crazy that dude needs some anger management. And some better customer service skills.

Their customer service sucks. I was there last week to have my truck serviced and put over 1000.00 into my truck within the week they had it. problem is still not fixed and the way I was talked to was unreal. I wish I would have recorded them the way the young lady did today.

This is the WORST mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. The manager is very rude and combative. The workers know nothing about customer service and how to reason with a customer. I’ve seen the manager going off and yelling at a women of color, simply because they made a mistake and quoted her an incorrect price over the phone. I would never recommend that anybody spend their money here. It would a waste of your time.
