Unprofessional and rude .. from the video I seen seem to be racist and the male manager got into a females face
My niece was screamed at and threatened by your manager. He needs to be fired. Unacceptable behavior to get in a woman's face yelling and cursing at the top of his lungs. we will not accept anything less than a apology and his firing. I will be contacting the BBB as well to start.
I’m appalled as a customer and as a woman that your manager Tyler thought the best way to handle a misunderstanding with a paying customer is to berate her, snarl at her and cuss her. That is totally unacceptable, I’m more than sure he wouldn’t have pulled this crap with a male. Never!

after seeing the video never going here! They way the manager treated that woman is highly unacceptable!!! Yelling at customers in the face of a pandemic with no mask on. No right to treat customers like that to begin with, the manager needs to be let go immediately this should never be tolerated.
