My driver door froze up Saturday and I was trapped in my car (unless I wanted to climb over the console/shifter). Pulled into Muffler Man and they allowed me to pull into the garage to let it thaw out. Took only a few minutes of warmer temps and some jiggling of door handle and lock before I was freed from my car! They made my day and wouldn't take a cent. So grateful to the great guys at Muffler Man in Lapeer!!
This place is not a place to go to for something simple. If you want something to be done as far as extracting a bolt you going to have to do it yourself.
In response to Judith Buning comment about the oil change she had done, it was done at another location not 939 W.Genesee St.
My daughter took her car here for an oil change. She waited for 3 hours. She was charged for an oil change and the mechanic told her car that she needed a lot of repairs to her car. My husband looked at her car the next day. The oil had not been changed. The old oil filter was still on the car and the dipstick tube was broken. If muffler man had bothered to change the oil they would have noticed that (a broken dipstick tube was not one of the things they told my daughter was wrong).
