I really cannot say enough about Dr. Gombera and Fondren Orthopedic Group. From the office staff for my initial appointment, to the registration at the hospital yesterday morning. To the Nurse's in the back in preop, Ms. Esther, PACU, Mr. Brad, and recovery and discharge, Shaneka. They were all so amazing. I strongly recommend Dr. Gombera. I'll be so glad to get my hip healed and be able to walk without any pain. And I know that Dr. Gombera made this happen!!
Was seen quickly! Dr. Gombera was excellent at explaining my issue to me with a good plan moving forward. His staff was very professional and personable. They all did their jobs well! That's why we travel 2 1/2 hours to see him. He's a great Doctor!
Wonderful experience today at Fondren. Short wait time at check-in. Short wait time for doctor to come in. He was very thorough. He listened. He answered all my questions. Additional x-rays were done. I was very pleased with everything about my visit today with Dr. Gombera. Happy to have a detailed path forward for my health issues.
Dr. Gombera is amazing. His bedside manner is fabulous. He is attentive, takes time to answer questions, and doesn’t rush through appointments. Dr. Gombera’s work and attention to detail is top notch. The staff is great too. Abigail, Dr. Gombera’s PA, is so kind and very knowledgeable. She is very responsive to emails when you have questions.
I had a partial tear of my labrum which caused me to have considerable pain and a lot of convalescing. I went to Dr. Gombera who put me on a physical therapy plan instead of surgery. Fondren Clinic also called and put me on a wellness plan, a representative called me each month and did a monthly checkup on my well being and overall health needs which I appreciated.
