I really cannot say enough about Dr. Gombera and Fondren Orthopedic Group. From the office staff for my initial appointment, to the registration at the hospital yesterday morning. To the Nurse's in the back in preop, Ms. Esther, PACU, Mr. Brad, and recovery and discharge, Shaneka. They were all so amazing. I strongly recommend Dr. Gombera. I'll be so glad to get my hip healed and be able to walk without any pain. And I know that Dr. Gombera made this happen!!
Dr. Gombera is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. He was kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients. His staff was also very friendly and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Gombera is a very good listener, he takes his time with his patients. He has always met me where I am at in my healing never rushing me or telling me that I should be in a different place than where I am. He has a great office staff that takes care of business. Highly recommend!
Was seen quickly! Dr. Gombera was excellent at explaining my issue to me with a good plan moving forward. His staff was very professional and personable. They all did their jobs well! That's why we travel 2 1/2 hours to see him. He's a great Doctor!
Gomberra did a complex rotator and bicep repair for me about 6 yrs ago. Gomberra's repair was done well and I was happy with his work. The shoulder performed very well after it healed. However due a major breakdown trying to communicate in the first week with his PA I ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia. I was really happy with the rotator repair and I really happy with the arm. After about 9 months it came apart again. I still think he's an excellent surgeon.
