From the time I entered the office all were friendly and most efficient. I didn’t wait at all. The x-ray tech was friendly professional and quick. I then was placed in an office where I was quickly met by the doctor’s PA. She too was friendly professional and quick. Soon after I was greeted by the doctor who was friendly and extremely thorough and attentive. This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had.
Dr Gombera Was very professional, and has excellent bedside manners. He was very concerned and answered every question that my husband and I asked. He listened to some suggestions that we had, but he also let us know what he Recommend. I highly recommend him. I really cannot say enough about Dr. Gombera and Fondren Orthopedic Group. From the office staff for my initial appointment, to the registration at the hospital yesterday morning. To the Nurse's in the back in preop, Ms. Esther, PACU, Mr. Brad, and recovery and discharge, Shaneka. They were all so amazing. I strongly recommend Dr. Gombera. I'll be so glad to get my hip healed and be able to walk without any pain. And I know that Dr. Gombera made this happen!!
Dr. Gombera is a very good listener, he takes his time with his patients. He has always met me where I am at in my healing never rushing me or telling me that I should be in a different place than where I am. He has a great office staff that takes care of business. Highly recommend!
My name is Pamela Smith and I am the patient... my experience today was very good. It was challenging to get to Houston from Woodville Texas, but once I played bumper cars and located the building on I10, the rest was very easy. I was tended to by very sweet and professional staff members! They were kind and helpful. Dr Gombera was very personable. He gave valuable information so that we together could make a wise decision. I will most definitely will recommend this group to others!
