UPDATE: MD Fitness has closed it's doors but Zumba Orange County with Teo Reyes has moved to Fountain Valley. Google: zumba orange county con Teo Reyes to find the address. I have been dropping my wife to a zumba fitness class at MD Fitness a few times and one day she took me inside the zumba studio and they have a nutrition cafe. I tried the strawberry fruit bowl and it was good. Filled me up too. My wife seems to enjoy the zumba classes, music selections and its community.

I've been attending Zumba classes here with Teo for a couple of months now and I love it. I love the variety of music and dances. Teo has quite a following and you feel a sense of community in her classes. I see familiar faces every time and new ones as well. The energy is contagious. I also love that there are different age groups and men/women in various stages of their fitness level. And everyone is having fun. The ladies at the counter in the drink cafe are friendly as well.
