I bought a full set of four new tires. Naturally- when buying 4 tires, you get a free alignment with them so that you do not un-evenly wear your brand new tires. Muellers offers this free alignment as any other tire shop does. On day one (wednesday) of my horrible experience with Muellers, I take the car in and get 4 new tires purchased, and installed. (Oddly) they tell me to come back tomorrow (Thursday) for an alignment because "we dont have time to do it today". Any other ...Continue Reading
