I drive a BMW 745i & as long as this shop is open this is where I will be bringing it. I have NEVER had a problem here. My family & friends also go here & have never had a problem! This is the best shop ever!
Charging $100 more than the dealer. Keep your nasty attitude – Don't ever think of getting your car repaired at this place. To change spark plugs they charged $250 while at the Volvo dealership they charge $150. They don't have Volvo certifications or specialists and they are charging $100 more. When it was brought to their attention as to why they are charging $100 more than the dealership just replied in a very unprofessional & rude manner that this is what they charge. Outstanding. Won't take my baby anywhere else. – I'm a DIY guy, and I love my Mustang to death. She was overheating pretty bad, so I did a flush and replaced the hoses but...no luck. I live right down the street from this shop, 3-4 minutes tops. Not only did I take an overheated car to them at 2 in the afternoon...but he replaced my radiator, flushed the coolant, and redid the thermostat in less then 3 hours.
