Growing concern for myself and neighbors safety as gunshots and gun trafficking have become a regular occurrence at Build 5 of the Flats at Wellington in the Windsor Park Neighborhood in Mueller, Austin, Texas. Have requested assistance from law enforcement, neighborhood association and apartment property owners. Asking, publicly, for evictions of the 2 apartments that seem to be the hub of the dangerous activity which includes car chases, stolen vehicle dumping, sex work and loud parties until 3 am. PLEASE HELP.
If you are looking for amenities we have it. State of the art fitness system- open your door and flee from loose dogs and flying bullet's as you hurdle the waste from your neighbor. Night life- fall asleep and wake up to the sweet sounds of three different genres of music melting together over car speakers. Community and arts- walk the property and harvest your own glass, needles and food waste in many of our community "reclamation" piles found through put the property. Worse place I’ve ever lived in. Only been here 2 months and I’ve have soo many maintenance issues and they don’t care to resolve them. Do not come and live here
Moved in three months ago to broken window one boarded window when it rains. Water comes in spiders coming in thru the board now It seems like piss is coming thru the vents by far the worst apartment
BEWARE, Seems like whoever runs this place is from a third world country. We applied to rent a unit and didn't hear back from anyone for about a week, once we heard back they told us that they only "Hold" apartments for 2 weeks - who gives themselves only two weeks to move? We weren't asking for a specific unit, just something available in our time line... isn't that what an application is meant to do? They requested a TON of personal and financial information beyond what it takes to process a rental application... there is ... read more
