I’ve lived here for almost a year and the experience was ok for the price until we got the snow storm in February. Not only did we not have anyway to get in contact with management while we were freezing to death in our apartments during the storm, but it’s been even more of a nightmare since then. We had no running water for almost 3 weeks, no hot water for a month and absolutely no support from property management. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Staff doesn't care about you after you move in. They do not disclose all the fees on top of rent (well over $200 more when all is said and done). They even tried to charge me for having my own washer and dryer, so check your account regularly! The cops are here all the time (gunshots twice last month), and there are loud car stereos blaring at all times night and day. You can hear every footfall your upstairs neighbor makes.
