Broke down at the casino In council bluff Iowa call these guys. And they were over the top, professional and courteous. After looking over my truck for over an hour. And not finding any remedy. Not only did they not charged, but they told me where I could go to get help. I don't know what business still honors customer service, but this one does. If I'm you, I'm considering these guys every time.
The go to people! The day after thanksgiving when most everyone is not working and a week before we were leaving for the winter they saved us. Something was not right with my heater in our 5th wheel. Over the phone I described what it was doing and they told me that something was blocking my heat exchanger. They were correct! This is all a scam payed for a service they never completed wanted more money for a part we bought three times already and three times it was wrong we almost lost our RV due to this gentleman that could not complete a job so we lost $780 plus gas money plus parts money word of warning do not hire them. Woke up to 51° in the RV this morning. Husband is out of town but Mudhollow was able to walk me through what I needed to do to fix it. Within 15 minutes heat was back on! Super friendly and helpful. Will keep them on speed dial for any future issues. Highly recommend!
