RecommendedI wouldn’t recommend another company.. I’ve been in the the house I’m currently renting this will be my 3rd year and I have no complaints.. they are absolutely great.. the times I have had to call maintenance.. they have made it pronto and always professional.. Savannah first hand has been great since day one!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
Nothing beats coming home to your over priced apartment to the reeking stench of marijuana. 👍
The broker, Nathan is a complete jerk. We have rented from muddy waters at two different homes. In our first home, we had no issues. In our current home, we found mold that had been purposefully covered up prior to renting. The maintenance guy said that "we just got that house" and Nathan said "someone will be out in around a week to fix it." That was a month ago and no one has been out. Would not recommend.
Muddy waters is awesome . I would’ve never though I would get approve to rent a house . With my credit . I had just started working on it when I applied . My only problem is . I wish I didn’t have so many problems with the house . The maintenance guy William is awesome though . He always come soon as he can and he keeps in contact until he comes . Anytime I call he answer : they are also always so nice at the office
Very pleased with them. I've been a tenant since 2015 and never had a problem with them, and the maintenance guy is always on point and friendly! Getting my credit together so that I can purchase through them. And Savannah is so sweet!!!!

These guys hooked us with a rental that we love, while we await our forever home. And the maintenance guy is awesome.
I found home that muddy waters put up for rent. I contacted Savannah she was very sweet and helpful. She had everything done within 48 hrs of me contacting her. I love the home I’m about to move in thanks again.
