I have always been a huge fan of Muddy's! The cupcakes have the perfect ratio of icing to cupcake. I've even tried the vegan The Grasshopper cupcake as they did not have it in the traditional one time when I was there. Although, I am not vegan I actually preferred the vegan one. I want to take a second to applaud Muddy's & the amazing team behind it for their OUTSTANDING customer service. I pre-ordered a cake for my daughter's first birthday which happened to be on Easter weekend. Somehow my order never went through even though I had a confirmation number so my cake obviously wasn't there when I went to pick it up. Excellent as always. I love how delicious everything always is and the service is impeccable.
We ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday. Due to the icey weather last week we had to postpone his party. Muddy’s was so kind to allow me to delay my prepaid order so we picked up Saturday afternoon instead. Since the party was Sunday afternoon, the girls at the shop wrapped the boxes in plastic wrap to keep them fresh for one day. We were so surprised to taste very stale cupcakes less than 24 hours later. We ended up throwing away more than half our order of uneaten, stale, crumbly cupcakes.
