When I still lived in Memphis I probably went to Muddy's every week!! I would buy cupcakes as a thank you for my employees, as gifts for friends, or as my contribution to any party I helped host! Everything about them is perfect. They aren't too big. Aren't too small. Not too much icing. My favorites are the Plain Jane. Also always loved trying out new things besides the cupcakes.
