After finally getting the right number we made an appointment for 10 am this morning. Nobody was at the shop. The owner showed up at 10:25 I went to the door and she acted like she didn’t want to let me in. Told her I had a 10 am appointment with Michelle just to be told that Michelle had notified her she was sick and couldn’t come in. No one called or texted me to let me know my appointment was canceled. Plus we saw the owners dog poop before she went in and she didn’t even pick it up. A few reasons I'm rating 2 stars. 1. The phone line doesn't work. 2. The new ownership jacked the prices up. For reference, they charged $100 to give one of our dogs (both cockapoos) a bath, and the pup a grooming. Previously we wouldve been charged $70 to fully groom both. 3. They openly bad mouthed past employees in front of customers. While I don't expect dog grooming facilities to be classy, it doesn't hurt to restrain from talking like that in front of customers.
