RecommendedThis place is amazing! Best self-serve dog wash I've ever been to! At Muddy Paws, the tubs, brushes, and towels are always clean, the tubs and drying tables are adjustable (back saver,) the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the shampoo/water combo hose makes cleaning my pup so easy. They even offer and/or help with grooming and nail trimming. Water is not warm enough. One of my dogs was shivering in the tub the entire time, that's not normal. It should be a little warmer for smaller more sensitive dogs. Their towels are too small, regular size would be nice. Also I made a purchase at the front counter, and accidentally left it there. I have called several times to ask about this, they DO NOT answer their phone nor do they respond to your message.
Our first visit today! What a great place! It was our first time to a do it yourself place, and Malika's 2nd official grooming experience. She has been in full shed mode and it was amazing to be able to leave a bunch of it behind! It probably looked like it was snowing when we were doing the blow dry portion! The staff was very helpful and walked me through what the different options available. The hydraulic tub and drying table definitely helped my back. I walked out dry, was a great experience. We'll be back!
I took my Borador, Ebony in for a nail trim and the girls were so knowledgeable and nice!..She is 8 years old and has arthritis so they didn't put her on a table but let her stay on the floor where she was more comfortable. This made a huge difference and although she hates having her nails done they actually made it an enjoyable experience for her! Of course the treats helped:] Thank you, I greatly appreciate your service and highly recommend you to all pet owners.
We went to Muddy Paws for the first time today because it’s one of the only places open on Sunday. The staff was incredibly nice and patient with my two puppies who are terrified of getting their nails trimmed. Even though it’s a further drive we will probably go to this place from now on!
