Brought my nearly 15 year old dog in to get her nails trimmed and some lady that seemed to think she knew what she was doing came from the back and started butchering her nails, making several of them bleed. My dog should not ever come home from a nail trim from a “professional” still trailing blood around the house. Needless to say it the last time we will ever be spending money at this place.

I am saddened to see today what Muddy Paws has become. I have been a very satisfied customer in the past. Sadly our dog had passed so I haven’t been in in a couple years. The change of ownership is apparently not a good thing. I called this morning to see if they had reopened and the phone was answered with a hello? My wife called in and requested that our dog get her nails trimmed. On the way there she also wanted to see if our dog could get a sanitation cut. When I got in I said I'm here to get my dogs nails trimmed and a sani cut. Everyone looked at me confused. I told them my wife just called 10 mins ago.
