Muddy paws is an amazing place. The staff has always taken amazing care of both of my pets. I've been boarding them there since they were puppies. Everyone I know who has pets I tell them to use muddy paws for boarding and daycare
I came in yesterday to make an appointment for my dogs to be boarded this weekend and the girl that helped us out was nice,friendly, and took the time to answer any of my silly questions. I just moved here from Richmond where I have worked in animal shelters and veterinary hospitals so I'm glad to see that staff truly cares and I found a boarding/daycare facility that I feel comfortable with! Now let's just hope they all have fun this weekend!
I was going to bring my daughters and my dog Roxie to an Easter Egg Hunt and asked about whether or not I needed to bring my shot records. The response I received was "No, you do not need to bring shot records with you". I have never been to Muddy Paws before nor will I go in the future with my dog. Buying dog food is one thing, but caring for my dog is another. I want my dog and my kids to be safe. We apologize that you were deterred from participating in our Easter Egg Hunt. All of the guests that board with us and participate in daycare are fully vaccinated against Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, and Bordatella. We allow customers that do not participate in those departments to bring their dog in the store. Any owner with their dog fully vaccinated should have no worries whether or not they could contract any of the ailments.
