total and utter incompetence this company does not only terrible work but the owner is so incompetent i was curious as to how he got his plumbing license come to find out he bought it this all started when i noticed water coming from under my slab in my driveway at first diagnosis by his so called"technician" which i found out means they have no type of plumbing license i was told i needed aleak detection test the owner Daniel Bolner himself did the detection but said it was adrain leak not a waterline the techs first though... read more
TERRIBLE BUSINESS My biggest mistake was making the first phone call to Mudbug Plumbing. I had a horrible experience with this company and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional, incompetent, dishonest. With a video inspection, another type of inspection did not show any broken pipes. Got snake stuck in wrong line on roof for 2 days.Dug up my backyard.No broken pipe,next they busted my slab in another area assuming it was there, Wrong again.Owner ignored overflowing toilet that flooded 3 rooms,had ... read more
Came to my Rescue! I called Mudbug after hours one night when I had pipes to my business bust after it froze in February....I have to have water to run my business...and they were the only ones that would come out at 1am and fix my busted pipes.....they had everything fixed for me so I didnt loose business the next day! I would definitely recommend them....great service, and fair prices!!
Mudbug Plumbing Repair Inc is Terrible Worst Company ever. They put a band aid on a gun shot wound and charged emergency room pricing. My poor mom who is a Senior Citizen was taken for $9000. They claimed they fixed the break but 3 years later video inspector found sub-standard work. DO NOT EMPLOY THESE GUYS.
Mudbug Plumbing Repair Inc is Great These guys were AWESOME....they were very clean and neat with their work. I was a little weary of giving these guys a call because of the reviews on this page but I decided to give it a try. They were very prompt with their service and the estimate they gave beat the competition by far! Mudbug did very good work and helped bring my home up to code. They also installed a more energy efficient water heater and helped secure a huge tax credit. I would recommend these guys to everyone and do!
