We LOVE Mud Puppies! – My dog, Ki goes to Mud Puppies weekly for "Playcare" and whenever we go out of town. She absolutely loves the place and the people. She gets excited when she hears their name. I never worry when she's there and they post pictures on Facebook. I love them all!

Cold Water for self washings – I have a very old Border Collie. The water is ALWAYS COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff " we can do anything about it" You take a shower in it and let know now you feel?? Use your own shower and care for your pet.

Not the greatest grooming... – So hard to find a good groomer for the yorkie breed cut. Thought I would try this place, but regretting it now. They cut her way too short and I asked to leave a little bit of the top knot for a bow but they left the whole top of her head long and she even had a cut right by the rubber band. Cost me $48 which is more than I was paying at the petsmart I used to take her to in Colorado Springs before I moved here and this cut was not good. She didn't even smell good either. Poor customer service – We were loyal customers for several years giving them $800 a year, but they became angry with us when we did not keep to an every other week schedule and decided to double our price without making that clear prior to an appointment. Rude with my daughter as well, they will need to find somebody else to treat poorly, we won't be back.

Best grooming – My dogs are not easy dogs to groom (so I have been informed by many groomers), but the new groomer got them done fast and they looked perfect-best I have ever had.

MY DOG DIED WHILE IN THEIR CARE. – WARNING. My dog, Tessa, DIED while in the care of Mud Puppies for day care. She was wearing the required collar (that I purchased from Mud Puppies) but backed out of the collar. When I dropped her off at Mud Puppies, I told them that the "required" collar was on her but that I KNEW SHE COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE HALTER. For some reason - haven't been told why - the halter was removed and she was run over and didn't survive on Hwy. 620 by a car that didn't stop. There is no safe, secure place ... read more

Beware! – My mother's dog died at their careless hands. Unless you want your dog to be ran over DO NOT take them to Mud Puppies.

Excellent service, sweet with the dogs – I live around the corner from Mud Puppies, and have been taking my dog to them since they first opened. The staff has always been kind, considerate and helpful. I've washed my dog there, used the groomer and boarded several days at a time. My dog is always in good spirits when I pick her up from boarding. The facility is clean. I recommend them for grooming, boarding and washing!

ALWAYS a great experience! – I've been using Mud Puppies for nearly 2 years for weekly play care and have boarded our three dogs there multiple times. I've never been so happy with and trusting of anyone with my animals before. They go above and beyond for our three dogs, one of which is deaf not so easy to deal with. The staff is incredibly friendly and I don't have to spend one minute worried when I leave my dogs in their care. I highly recommend giving them a try! -Isa Olive and Max's Mom
