This practice is extremely unprofessional and overworked. It takes weeks to call me back to set up appointments, unless I set them up in person. Dr Muckle leaves me waiting for my appointment time for over an hour every time I come. I have never had a visit that took less than 2 hours - even when I’m the first appointment of the day. I have brought up the long waits for appointments and only get a “that’s the way things are” response or “we’re very busy”. Unacceptable. Doctor Muckle saved my life. I have a serious disease called Meniere's Disease. I went to other Doctors and they knew nothing or were not willing to do anything to help me. Dr. Muckle is invested in my help and has got me on the medications and procedures that have stabized the serious disease. He is the kind of doctor who takes time to explain issues and willing to consider your needs when making the hard decisions he must. He was rude. Seemingly UNaware that I was still spinning from the audiology tests. He gave me a diagnosis which was 3 words long, two of which I had never heard before. I asked if he had any sort of handout that I could read about the diagnosis and was told No. I asked if he would write it down for me and he told me No. He told me to use one word on the Mayo Clinic site and then I would be able to read about it. Worst Dr. ever! Was rude when I came to him after another Dr. in the practice retired. Asked why I was there if I was having no problems with my Meniere’s, and said I was wasting his time. (I was there for my yearly maintenance for Meniere’s.) The final straw was when he wouldn’t renew a prescription for ongoing care of Meniere’s, even after I called and left messages and the pharmacy called and faxed. Pretty unsatisfied with Dr. Muckle and staff. I understand they are very busy for various reasons. Lilly the nurse is utterly useless. She has poor bedside manner and seems careless and lazy. She has very little to no knowledge about inner ear disorders, doesn't return calls, doesn't know how to answer simple questions without consulting Dr. Muckle. Dr. Muckle is pretty knowledgable but needs to brush up on his knowledge about inner ear disorders and how to TREAT them, not how to treat symptoms. I'm shocked to find he did hi... read more

Dr Muckle has helped me so much, I highly recommend him with ear conditions . Mine is Ménière’s and worked wonders for me. Ladies in the office are exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr. Muckle. I left his office after waiting for 1:45 minutes. Even though my visit was not for a hearing problem I was told he would not see me unless I had a hearing exam in his office. Talk about a cash cow.
