Mucho Gusto is GREAT! I love love love Mucho Gusto. The carne asada salad is very good. The quesadillas are very good. The margarita's are great. The salsa is very good too! I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy. The prices are not bad. Check it out!
Don't Be Lured In. – I thought I had found a gem. Mucho Gusto has the exterior and interior character and old-world flair that would appeal to many. As I am a huge fan of mexican food, I figured Mucho Gusto would be a perfect combination. Then I ate the food..... Yikes!! Everything missed the mark. Not horrible, but not good – The menu options were uninspiring, and the actual food even less so. Not horrible, just very forgettable. It had the ambience to lure me in, but I won't go back.
Mucho Gusto - I Don't Think So!!! – Mucho Gusto can be summed up in two words: below average. We ordered several appetizers - nachos, Mexican pizza, and guacamole w/chips. All of the appetizers tasted pretty bland. To drink, we ordered several of their flavored margaritas - mango, strawberry, and hibiscus. The margaritas can best be described as "flavored water". The server was attentive but had a terrible attitude. Bottom line, I would not recommend Mucho Gusto to my friends.
Foodwise the restaurant was ok. However, the value and service for Mucho Gusto were terrible, as we were asked to leave halfway through our meal. We were told that our table was reserved for another party and that the hour and fifteen minutes we had spent there was too long.
Great mexican food! – Very good food and the service has always been great with each visit. Prices are reasonable for such great tastes and this quaint restaurant has great ambiance inside or outside seating is available too. If you are looking for tasty mexican food with a twist this is your place!
