Their app is not good , they sent us a chicken burrito despite making our own with vegetarian options After speaking with the staff she said manager not available can't do anything Won't come here ever

I’ve had good experiences at other Mucho Burrito locations, but this one was a major letdown. The chicken in my burrito was cold, bland, and clearly not fresh—it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The burrito was poorly wrapped, falling apart as I ate it, and to make matters worse, the foil was stuck to the tortilla, forcing me to peel pieces off before eating. I don’t usually write reviews for restaurants, but after the terrible experience I had at Mucho Burrito just two days ago, I feel the need to speak up. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment. My order took way longer than expected, and there was zero communication or apology for the delay. The chicken bowl with the medium salsa and avocado lime was DELICIOUS!!!!! The ladies at the counter were very friendly, helpful, and overall fantastic!!!
