I scheduled a free inspection on their website, and no one showed up. I called to see if someone was on their way, but no one answered, so I left a message. I received a text shortly after stating they saw the missed call and wanted to know how they could help. I responded detailing that I had a scheduled inspection and no one showed, and that I have a small roof repair that I would like an estimate for. I sent pictures of the spots as well. There was a minor communication mix-up about the arrival time on the first day, but the office reached out immediately and clarified everything. From that point forward, the project ran smoothly. The crew was professional, the workmanship looks excellent, and the customer service was strong throughout.
Called for an estimate 3 missing edge tile an some broken tiles in the center of my garage roof. Came right out gave an estimate that was wayyyyy better than another company. The job was done by 1 PM the same day. Will do business with this local ROC licensed/bonded company again should the need arise. Ricardo was very honest and explained everything including providing photos.
Ricardo was very responsive and helped us out with a roof inspection and fixes for home sale. Would recommend him for anyone’s roofing needs!
Great experience. Ricardo came out the same day I called him and completed his inspection. Just two days later, my repair was finished. He provided before-and-after photos, explained everything in detail, and never tried to upsell me on anything. He only recommended annual inspections, which I appreciated. The price was extremely reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding — something that’s hard to find these days.
