Marc is really awesome guy. He is very intelligent and is running a great foundation. Super friendly , super great hard worker.
Do NOT hire Marc, MTX General Construction. I hired him to do huge project. I am over age of 60. He a scammer. He took $22K deposit for permits, plot plan etc. When I asked for accounting, he gave a spreadsheet in Portuguese, no receipts. Marc failed at the permit process, did not follow guidelines. He took my deposit for his personal use, $3K for his immigration lawyer. I fired him after looking at this phony spreadsheet, and now he will not return my remaining balance of $15K. The best in the region, I highly recommend it! They handled painting, carpentry, and so much more with exceptional quality. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!
Mark and his workers that came to our house deserve 0 stars. Terrible workmanship, didn't finish the job, left a big hole in the wall, kept saying he would come back. I waited several times for him and he never showed up or called. I have pictures to prove all the mistakes. I will be reporting to the BBB as well.
Mark and his team did an amazing job renovating our old creaky deck and entryway. They built a brand new deck from the ground up. Mark and his team were hard working, reliable and had excellent communication throughout the project. Highly recommend!
