Patient, take time, nice service and the most upscale nails salon in town! they are the best! clean and very creative. They can do any fun design/nail studs a etc that you want. tons of color options. Love the way manager and all nail techs service here, very friendly and efficient. They always tries the best to make clients happy. Worth the drive!!!
I went here to get a shellac pedicure recently and did not enjoy the experience and it only got worse when I left. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. During the pedicure the man cut my toe and it bled quite a lot and he kept dabbing this green goo on it, I'm assuming trying to get it to stop...well it didn't. And afterward I see the shellac polish is not on evenly and there are bubbles on some of the nails...so evidently I paid $50 for my toes to look like I did them myself. Sadly, my husband and I won't be going to MTV Nails for our monthly pedicures anymore :( Yesterday, our 30 minute pedicures were rushed through in _12_ minutes! When I complained to management and refused to pay the full amount of the bill, they lied about which clock they use (irrelevant), showed me a bogus time they had entered on their log sheet, offered to look at the security camera footage (which would've only proven my point), and called mall security (good!). I went to MTV nails September 13th, 2011. I was slightly rushed into my decision on the design I wanted on my nails. But after I finally decided I cdouldnt be happier. The entire process, including the drying, and me deciding what I wanted done took about 25 mins. I was ectremely happy with the final product. The man that did my nails was very precise with the design and the nails themselves. I would recomend MTV Nails to anyone, especially those in a rush of time. Seing is believing Being a cosmetology instructor, I am very picky when i get my nails done. I used to try many nails salons, but i was not pleasant much. I quitted getting my nails done for long time because I myself could do my nails and feet at home. MTV Nail, The Best Nail Salon Ever !!! It's the most wonderful nail salon ever. I often go to get my nails and feet done there. When i go there, I have never had to worry about their service. All the nail techs are very nice and friendly. I have nerver met with any grumpy nail tech there and I have never got trouble with the price there because whatever I want to be done, my nail tech always tells me how much it costs before the service, so I feel very comfortable with the price there. To be honest i really love this place. Last time i got a gift card from my close friend for the deluxe pedicure in MTV nails. I thought they would treat me like suck because my service was already paid, i got this bad experience from the other nails salon. The deluxe pedicure here was so good, my feet were so relax . The lady did for me was friendly, she asked me why i seem unhappy,actually i was upsetting with my boyfriend then, so i talked to her how bad i feel.
