Quick and easy to get in. The doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful. Taking two stars off because I kinda had a bad experience here with one of the older doctors. She didn't hide her judgemental feelings well at all and they made me feel extremely unheard and vulnerable. Didn't listen at all and made it clear that my appointment was extremely inconvenient to them. I know they're busy but take the time to ACTUALLY listen instead of making assumptions. Bedside manner is just as important and respect goes both ways.
Always have had such great experiences with MTSU health services. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and I love the convenience of having medical professionals right on campus!
