We were very pleased with the exterior painting we had done on our home recently. From the initial bid through to the completion of the job, everything was handled very professionally and affordably. In addition, the painting of our security screen doors and the garage door exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend MTS Painting.
Dealing with MTS painting from start to finish was amazingly easy. The staff starting with Monica from The Office to Matt who gave us the bid right down to the painters. All were extremely courteous, professional and kind. The work began at the exact time and date they stated and was completed at the exact time and date that was stated. MTS was excellent with their professionalism and service. There were a couple of small areas that were missed but they responded quickly and fixed it. Thanks!
We were impressed by the estimate and pre painting process and liked the warranty length . The real stars however were Hector and his crew. They masked everything off applied the paint as it should be done and cleaned up each day. We love the way our house looks and will use MTS in the future.
Overall MTS was excellent with their professionalism and service. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that upon inspection of the exterior block wall the painted for me, the coat is thin in quite a few areas. You have to look at certain lighting but I was going to ask for a second coat, but I looked into my agreement and it says 1 coat and doesn't say it had to be even. Luckily they left me enough paint I will recoat it myself. Like I said though, other than that, overall a good job.
