I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled after the excellent service I received at MTS this evening. I came home to discover a screw had punctured my tire, and it was late — almost closing time. Despite the hour, the team was friendly, efficient, and got me patched up and back on the road in no time. Had a last minute stop in and they helped me out extremely quickly!
Really caring and honest people 🫶 I got a piece of metal in my tire and Ms. Beverly on the phone helped me figure out my options and what I needed to do. I brought my tire in immediately and they repaired it for a really affordable price. Overall took about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and they even helped me back out of the shop safely when leaving. If I ever need to, i’ll be back!
