Service is HORRIBLE! We will never be back. Had appointment at 10:15 for and oil change 3 hours later and it still was not done. Man came and said it was almost done and they hadn't even started. Needless to say they didn't even get our oil changed!!!! We was done waiting. This isn't the first time. Last time was the same way took forever. Learn not to overbook! people's time is valuable and the have jobs etc. they have to get to as well.
