very poor customer service, have left messages x2 days, no return calls. they will take your money up front but when you have a problem they wont return your calls to offer any assistance. would not recommend them to anyone

Don’t waste your time, buy from someone who actually cares to have your business. We set up with their customer service department and sales consultant Joe Williams, to test drive one of their cars, drove an hour and a half, just to get there and have a very rude sales associate tell us that Joe wouldn’t even be in today and the vehicle was in the body shop and wouldn’t even be back on the lot until the next day. Whoever the red headed manager guy is that came up to my husband and I after we decided not to buy was basically harassing us as we we driving off the lot. They didn’t give us the price we wanted and we just needed some time to go home and talk about it. That didn’t mean we weren’t gonna come back for what we were looking at. But this guy literally came up to our car as we were leaving and was asking us why we “couldn’t help them out.” That was so unnecessary and for all he knew we would be back tomorrow with a bigger check.... read more
