We had a machine come from over east and got stopped for quarantine. I had never dealt with this before and knew nothing of what I was in for. MTM were happy to help me understand the process and what the next steps were to take. Everything was good until I received their estimate for cleaning our little loader and nearly fell over. We had to have our secondhand damaged grain belt cleaned and re inspected at MTM Industrial Cleaning & Maintenance. Gareth communicated very clearly on what he would need to do, and the job was completed both to our and Quarantine WA’s satisfaction. We would highly recommend Gareth and his team to anyone needing quarantine cleaning services coming into WA.
