RecommendedUpside, paint job and body work was flawless as promised and Ryan was especially accommodating and professional. Down side was the time it took to complete the work which seems to be the norm for Miami-Dade, however in this case it was worth the extra time.
It's hard enough when you are in a car accident and dealing with the stress, the time loss, inconvenience and also the anxiety of having your car repaired. They were recommended by a friend and I could not be more appreciative of the level of service I received. They are amazing from start to finish. Terrible customer service, super unprofessional, they do not know how to treat there customer. If you want a good job done and done in a timely manner DON’T I repeat DON’T go here. They take forever to do the job they don’t do it at 100% if you complain about the job they send you off anyways don’t do anything to make it right to your specifications they will even threaten you to beat you up if you continue. I just had an accident yesterday afternoon. After all the police deal and paperwork I was driving home clueless as to what to do next. My husband always took care of everything at home, but sadly, he passed away in his sleep on New Years Day. As I was crying my way home missing my husband along came an angel from MTJ and stopped next to me handed me a flyer got my number... the rest is history! Great body work no after market parts!superfast turn over time for the work volume they do!
Blessed i came to mtj paint & bodyshop !! my insurance declined my claim after a month of the accident . But mtj didn't charge me a dollar other than the tow!! thanks again guys
