Mti is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. i bought and had a new jet tub installed and it leaks at the pump. for 2 months i have been lied to and put off from there support team. and guess what i still have a leak. please do not buy anything from MTI.

We have been doing business with MTI for many years. They take pride in the quality of their product and never let us down.
Nothing but problems with the tub since it has been installed. From the terrible front panel design to the base of the tub creaking when standing in it among other things. We are completely unsatisfied and would never buy another tub from this place again and definitely not recommend it to anyone.
Wonderful spa experience, everyone should have an MTI bath!
Our Juliet 185 tub is the best thing about our remodel! It was lovely to meet Drena and Leah at MTI in Sugar Hill and have them show us several models. Even showing us the smaller version of the Juliet to compare while we were blissfully sitting in the one we purchased! They indulged us as we pretended to be Goldilocks trying out every one of the tubs on site - without water of course! It is great to know metro Atlanta has an excellent resource in this product. Thanks MTI!
