This is by far the most unprofessional medical vendor I have ever dealt with. They do not take accountability for their products. After months of me tracking them down, because they delivered a cabinet that was cracked, they agreed to replace parts. However, several months later, they failed to even reply to my emails. They should have compensated me for the damages, but the company refuses to that. When I decided to open my own office, the first thing I did was to to ask other doctors for recommendations on procedure chairs and lights. Two other physicians said that they use MTI and that they would never use anything else. So I contacted MTI and the staff was very capable of answering my questions and I was impressed with the product. The next month I was able to see the chairs at a tradeshow and I was impressed.
