I have to say, Millennial Medical has been the most personable and caring company I have run across! I am 60 years old and recently became a below knee amputee. First person I spoke with was Gavin. He was nice, professional, and always there for any of my needs. His partner, Clint, is in the same category! Thank you gentlemen for all your help! God Bless!!
Do not buy from this company. Terribly unprofessional and poor quality control. Received the 721 chair by my staff while I was away on vacation. Wrong parts were included in the box so chair is not operational after eight weeks lead build time. Quality control didn’t even make sure that all of the proper parts were shipped. This is by far the most unprofessional medical vendor I have ever dealt with. They do not take accountability for their products. After months of me tracking them down, because they delivered a cabinet that was cracked, they agreed to replace parts. However, several months later, they failed to even reply to my emails. They should have compensated me for the damages, but the company refuses to that. When I decided to open my own office, the first thing I did was to to ask other doctors for recommendations on procedure chairs and lights. Two other physicians said that they use MTI and that they would never use anything else. So I contacted MTI and the staff was very capable of answering my questions and I was impressed with the product. The next month I was able to see the chairs at a tradeshow and I was impressed.
