I wish I could give this company zero stars. My apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. It was filthy, had clearly not been cleaned, and there were dead bugs throughout the unit. Warning for people who are looking to rent!!! Do not rent from MTH management. Our duplexes were specifically the ones on N. Saginaw, but I have heard that all of their units have issues. This is will be the story of our unit. We moved in June 2025, within 3 days our tub filled with poop. We called the company, they sent out a sewage team. Mind you our unit is septic, not sewage. In our experience as a provider/vendor for MTH Management, they do not like to pay their bills. I talked to Melissa - she is condescending, rude and evasive. Because she told me she "doesn't cut the checks", I tried to get contact information from her to speak to their accounts payable department directly, but she absolutely would NOT give me a name or number. I can't speak to the professionalism of the entire staff since I only dealt with Melissa, but I would recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.

Do not rent in Grand Ledge from this company. They will keep ALL of your deposit oven if you leave your apartment spic and span!  They will lie and say you left nicotine stains on walls, even if you’ve never smoked in your life. You cannot email them if you want proof for small claims…you have to snail mail your complaint and keep a copy. They are crafty thieves.

MTH Management are SLUMLORDS and EXTREMELY unprofessional. They're units are filthy and they lie on tenants to make themselves look better. They don't repair items then lie and say they have completed. The office manager feels she has some authority and WILL NOT deal with upset tenants, instead she fuels fight then calls police, because she isn't woman enough be handle situations professionally.... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HORRIBLE LANDLORDS, If you want no complications in your life.... then STAY AWAY FROM MTH MANAGEMENT!!

A good place to work if you work for Luis Pilar when he gets mad at you and you won't take a low pay he just doesn't pay you I've been with him for almost 10 years and seen him not pay A LOT of people an employes a cocaine head by the name of Nathen Olsen who doesn't know how to put doors up he put them all upside down and gets paid over $20 an to fuck up but Luis doesn't pay his good workers was suppose to get my check last Friday and the guy is scared to answer his phone bad company and bad person to work for job never get... read more
