ordered 5 drinks online but still waited nearly 30 minutes. they also forgot to include straws and got my order wrong. I only requested one Dirty Boba with no ice and boba on the side, but both drinks came with ice and both had boba on the side. very disappointing.

Really disappointed in my experience here at Mtea Reserve because I am a big fan of the normal Mtea location by my house. I ordered a Thai Green Tea and received a drink that was 3/4 full of ice. The cups they use are paper and not transparent, but it was very evident that it was mostly filled with ice. I asked the worker if he could remake my drink because the level of ice was unacceptable. He proceeded to just fill up the same cup with more drink. He didn’t even have the decency to reseal my drink, which led it to spilling... read more
