Thanks to Mike and his team I recently brought my truck in because it was failing the emissions test, and several problems were identified, including a lean-running engine, a faulty high-pressure fuel pump, and two bad fuel injectors. They have always treated me fair, without trying to tack on extra repairs. I have been using them for years.
Can’t recommend this shop enough. My first visit was in 2023, and I was very impressed when the tech brought me back to the bay to show me exactly which parts needed replacing and why. In 2024 I had a stalling issue, which Mike and his crew were unable to pin down despite much testing, but they did some other repairs. The manager, Mike, is an alcoholic who drinks alcohol as soon as he gets to MTD shop, and helps work on car repairs. He was not only drinking when I took my car back to MTD a 2nd time because after paying them $570.00 to fix my oil leak, plus $95 for a diagnostic, and $47 for an oil change, my car was/is still leaking. After the 1st time I took it there for the oil leak repair, when I got it back, it was 'vibrating' uncontrollably.
