Berated and spoken to in an appallingly condescending manner I’ve been a loyal client of this office for around seven years, but after my recent experience with Muhammad PAREZ, I won’t be returning. I’ve been a client of MTA for the past two years, always receiving excellent service from the Mt Gravatt office. The staff there, was consistently courteous, attentive, and professional. This year, I opted to visit the Aspley office for convenience, as I now live on Brisbane’s north side. Unfortunately, my experience with Muhammad Parvez was deeply disappointing. An email server issue (not getting replies from MTA going to my primary email account) caused me to send several follow up email reminders. Apparently that is taboo in this Practice and they view legitimate follow up emails as a egregious infraction, so Anthony emailed my supplied alternate email address and promptly disengaged/terminated their services with me. Caveat emptor.

Been going to Chris for years, been good for the most part. Received a call from the admin person 5 hours before appointment that's been booked in for months that Chris was sick, no problem at all. Then get told I have to wait another 2 months to maybe see him. Poor customer service.
