Arrived as a walk in when they opened at 7:00. Was seen in a timely manner and the staff was efficient and courteous. Will use as primary care provider.

I’ve been coming here for many years and really liked it at first, but recently the quality of care has gone downhill at an alarming rate. I debated whether to post this, but there’s a concerning pattern of issues that shouldn’t be ignored in a medical facility. It’s hard to know where to begin, but here’s just the most recent example that earned this place a one-star rating. The front desk staff were unhelpful and at times even rude, making it feel like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a priority. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information.

I waited an hour to be even go in to get my vitals. When I got up to give my paperwork the lady at the front with an attitude said well who gave you these? I work at a doctors office to my understanding if you’re at front desk you grab the patients paperwork and give it to whoever is working with her you don’t expect the patient to wait until that person is available..
