This is THE worst practice full of employees assistants managers and PAs that could CARE LESS about ones situation and a doctor that is never around. When a PA says uh huh yeah uh huh okay okay okay as "engagement" and then does NOTHING to help and argues with your decisions is unsettling.
Dr. Rogers on the Rich Beem location is the best. I love him.
For the past year, I had been visiting their location on Rich Beem, and the Dean Martin Dr location before that, until yesterday morning, when I showed up for my appointment and after waiting 20 minutes, was told they no longer take my insurance, and I'd have to pay out of pocket up to $280 for an office visit just to get a refill on the medication I've been taking for a year! Why wasn't I notified when the insurance change occurred or when I made my appointment so that I wouldn't have to scramble around to find another doct... read more
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. However wait time is long. I encourage early appointments.
Excellent care and sustained health guidance, the staff are very professional and personal at all times. We highly recommend this Health care center.
