Horrible staff. Receptionist are rude and the waiting time is over 2 hours
I have been a patient of this clinic since 1998 I have always been satisfied with the high quality service and honesty of every single employee. Starting from receptionist to all high educated Dr’s and entire staff. Please feel confident with all professionals by visiting this clinic.
This is THE worst practice full of employees assistants managers and PAs that could CARE LESS about ones situation and a doctor that is never around. When a PA says uh huh yeah uh huh okay okay okay as "engagement" and then does NOTHING to help and argues with your decisions is unsettling.
Dr. Rogers on the Rich Beem location is the best. I love him.
