This place is ridiculous!!! You will be seen minimum 2 hours after your appointment. My 80 year old diabetic mother scheduled at 10:15 fasting!!!! it's now 12:25 and still has not been seen.
Always more than a 2 hour wait !!! This is with appointment can’t imagine if you do a walk-in😠

DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME TO THIS CLINIC. I've been coming here for 4 years and have been taken advantage of by the way they bill. Each time I have had to pay a different amount. At one point they said they overcharged me and have accumulate "credit" then I get a phone call that I have been sent to collections. I've attempted to call the billing department only to talk to a rude representative stating that I left without paying. This cannot be due to the fact when you finish seeing the PA you have to pay. I went int this clinic for my yearly physical exam since i read all the amazing things they do for the community, but to my surprise that could not be farther from the truth. It was a bad experience since I stepped foot in this clinic, they lack professionalism, empathy and are overall extremely rude. They also profit from patience information, its not against the law but still is bothersome that after a few days from the visit you will start getting a lot of letters from all sorts of insurance companies.
RecommendedOpen late on some days. Willing to see walk-ins. Knowledgeable staff. Good listeners.
yo soy paciente de la dra de la cruz, tengo problema de hipotiroidismo y migraña ella me ha estado tratando desde hace 2 años, estoy muy contenta con ella estoy muy controlada de mis problemas médicos. la dra de la cruz le pone mucha atención a sus pacientes es una excelente doctora!!!! yo no la cambio por nada . muchas gracias a todo el equipo de west family health!!!!
