My complaints is not about the service. My complaint is about the payment system. How in this modern age, does an organization expect you to write down your credit card information and CCV on a sheet of paper and mail it for processing? How do they also expect you to provide this information to their employees over the phone? What happens when a disgruntled employee makes away with this information? The worst experience i have ever had. Small and very messy patient rooms. the lowest quality food. My child has been hospitalized for a month and we are not satisfied with their services.They run the center(Rehabilitation Center) with minimum number of nurses. For example , Several time my daughter needed help to go to the bathroom and requested for help but nobody showed up.
