You callously ejected a friend - a caring mother with her disabled child from the sleep lab in the middle of the night because she voiced a complaint about the camera making a noise every 20 seconds that was waking up the child. You need to seriously retrain and reform your staff and security. If they don’t have the humanity needed to work in a hospital they need to find another.
Disgusting behavior, kicked out a disabled child from hospital for stupid reason. Everyone who is in charge must answer for this, including racist black cop, woman who is probably a mother too. Shame on you!!!

This is absolutely outrageous! Such inhumane treatment of a severely disabled child - waking him up at 11 p.m. and "kicking him out" (the term officially used by the hospital) without giving a proper explanation. Police officer's words to the child's mother, saying they are being "kicked out" because she was "rude" does not fit into ANYTHING humans would do. Shame on you, for treating this defenseless little boy and his mom that way for No REASON! Mom stated that the reason they got kicked out in the middle of the night during pandemic - was because she asked to fix the Brocken camera that was making noises and waking up her kid. Don’t forget. It was a sleep study and a quit, undisturbed sleep is a must for a sleep study! And child is severely disabled! They have to sit in the hospital lobby for 8 hours! Because hospital couldn’t arrange transportation once they kicked them out!... read more
