Having a child in the hospital is a very stressful and challenging situation for parents. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nurses greeted me each day with a smile. The nursing staff worked extremely hard caring for the babies while accommodating the parents. The nurses are truly the heroes at this establishment�. Security could work on their demeanor. Cold and miserable people at the front desk is not how parents want to be greeted.

I would recommend mt.washington pediatric to everyone who has a child with any special needs . I can testify to the fact that when my baby boy was transitioning from the nicu to get ready to come home he stayed for a short time here and the staff was very nice and competent. I love the way their bedside manner was and how they treated my son. It made it so much easier knowing he was in good hands and we could come and go as we pleased as well as my family n small children. 😊❤️💯❗️👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻👼🏼
