RecommendedDr.Lorigan is so awesome and patient! I recently had to have a crown and she took excellent care of me. The staff is super friendly and talk you thru everything. My daughter is also relaxed with the staff as they have taken time to make her feel comfortable . Thank you thank you thank you Dr.Lorigan

1. Texted me a confirmation for my appointment. I responded with Yes. They still called to confirm. When I asked about if they did not get my texted confirmation, I was told the doctor wants them to get a verbal confirmation before they actually confirm. Then don't text me and possibly change me rates with my cell phone carrier. 2. I had a scheduled cleaning (the one I confirmed by text and phone call) and still waited over an hour before I was called back. 3. They do Not cater to cowards!! I have a massive phobia of the dentist. After getting my teeth cleaned and a massive panic attack, the hygienist said she'd make a note and maybe get something for my nerves before my next appt for a filling. She didn't bother. The receptionist told me they might use nitrous or I could find a dentist put me to sleep to do it. Just talking about being in the office, on the phone caused an attack!! Was supposed to get the filling done tomorrow. No thanks! I'll find a dentist that cares!!!
First I received multiple texts saying that my appointment was at 3pm. When I checked in they told me I was early because the appointment was at 3:30pm. Then because my child had some gagging issues they are going to refer us to a pediatric dentist. They didn’t offer to reschedule and try again with a gas sedative, they refused to treat. I would expect that a “family dentistry” would be able to work with children’s issues, I guess I was wrong.
