I have a reactive dog and they always practice patience and understanding when dealing with him. I also return the favor by not minding to muzzle him and stuff him full of cheese whiz :)
I used Mt. Tabor Veterinary for years, but they quoted me $800-$1,100 for my dog's dental work - - and then charged me $2,200 when I picked her up after the procedure. Without letting me know about the increase. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
Even though I moved across town, it is completely worth it to take my furry babies, Bella and Lucy to Mt. Tabor Vet. They sincerely care, are fair, and thorough. And it doesn't feel or smell like a doctor's office when you come in, so your pups don't freak out.
I normally don't review things but I felt compelled to do so here. Mt. Tabor Veterinary Care is the only place I will take my pets for care. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about animals. I am a vet on a fixed income and Mt. Tabor worked with me to find a payment plan when my youngest pug needed surgery, so I could afford to get her the best possible care. I strongly suggest you bring your pets to Mt. Tabor for your pets needs.
I have had very positive experiences with this vet since I switched from another place that didn't understand the needs of my shy older rescue. It's such a relief to trust your vet!!
